Delhi Volcano Fries

New Delhi, India. 2009. Visually, India is like nowhere else. It is so dense and explosive, so many bodies in one place, all moving to their own rhythms. My volcano fries are inspired by this sense of explosion, bursting flavors and textures, just like downtown Delhi.
