Afghani Tandoori Chicken

Shephard’s Bush, London. 2000. When I first moved to London, I was surprised to learn that Afghani people speak Farsi. I really enjoy learning about new cultures, and I decided to try my hand at some Afghani recipes. Their chicken marinade is delicious, so I married the delicious cheesy Afghan yoghurt sauce to the Indian tandoor oven, and ta-da!
